Frankie and Sandra were missionaries in England until his wife, Sandra, was diagnosed with cancer. Since then she has undergone radiation treatment and chemotherapy. She also suffers with Chromes disease which she has battled for the last two years. When they first learned of the cancer they didn't know what the future held for them. When asked what they would do, their response was,"We will do what we can with what God gives us to do with". The thought of quitting the ministry never entered their minds because this is their life. However, through much prayer, meditation and counsel from doctors, their pastor, the mission board and men of God that they highly respect, they decided not to return to England. The work in England is hard and would just be to much for his wife. She has gone about as far as she can go. They will continue their mission work through Macedonia World Baptist Missions in North Dakota with the Chippewa Indians. Medical attention there is more readily available for her particular needs. They know this to be the will of God for their lives. They are saddened that they had to leave England, but are resting in the fact that they accomplished the work God sent them to do there. Victory Baptist Church is standing on its own now with its own pastor. Several preachers and missionaries were called from the church during their ministry and are actively serving God now. Many were saved and they also helped several new missionaries coming into the country get started. They had a fruitful ministry there and give all the glory to God. They have proven themselves. We don't understand many times the moving of God but we are glad that they were willing to accept it and cheerfully follow Him.
